The Monsters Party
Last Friday Kindergarten had a Monsters Party.
We each a contract full of activities that we needed to complete before it was time to sit down and eat our party food.
We moved around the Kindergarten rooms and in the playground completing the activities. It was alot of fun.
Look at these pictures of our monster placemats, playdough monsters and us munching on our treats at the party!
A big THANK YOU to all of our wonderful parents who came along to help.
Which activity did you like best at the monsters party?

Hi Dean,
I’m glad that you enjoyed making the monster biscuits. I think lots of the children liked making the monster sandwiches too! Do you think that might be because they are such hungry little monsters?

Hi Mums,
Thanks so much for all your kind words about our Monster Party. We all had a fun day and the children were very well behaved. They all did such a good job completing all the activities and made all of the teachers so happy and proud.

Hi! KD,
Do you know Room 4′s big book this week is called “The Monsters’ Party”? In the story the monster jumps like a kangaroo into the jelly. We hope you didn’t do that!
We loved your play dough monsters. Did you get to take them home? We liked the hats you made too. Your placemats looked great and scary.
We liked your photopeaches. We even danced to the music.

Hi Lachlan,
You are welcome! I’m glad that you had fun at the party. I think that you did a great job creating your playdough monster. I remember seeing you do it and thinking how busy you were putting all of the spikes into your monster! Maybe you could make one at home. You might even be able to teach your little brother how to make one too.
