We are learning about money. When we got back to class after lunch on Friday, our classroom had changed into the Green Tree Frog Cafe. We thought this would be a great time to see if we could use what we have learnt about money to help us do some shopping!
We each made our own purses to carry our money in and then read the Cafe menu. There were some great things to buy. We had to think carefully about what we wanted and which coin we needed to use.

The boys and girls didn’t just `like’ spending their money at the cafe…..they LOVED it!
