She would really love to have a pet but the mean landlady Mrs McIlvray won’t let her! One day Emily finds a rock which she decides to take home as a pet. The next morning she awakes to find that the egg has cracked open and a baby dinosaur has hatched. She decides to keep the dinosaur and she calls him`Thing’.
